LOWELL — Police are searching for a missing 19-year-old man last seen in the city.
Yahya Abdur-Rahman was reported missing to the Lowell Police Department.
Abdur-Rahman is described as 6 feet tall with a medium build and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black sweatpants.
Police said he may be wearing glasses.
