CLYDE — Crews from three fire stations responded to a reported hay baler fire Wednesday evening in Clyde.
According to the Clyde-Galen Fire District, the Clyde Fire Department was dispatched to the incident and crews from Station 1 (Clyde), Station 2 (North Station), and Station 3 (Tyre) assisted at the scene.
Upon arrival, firefighters worked to extinguish the burning hay, checked for fire extension within the baler, and searched for any remaining hotspots.
The fire and hotspots were extinguished shortly after crews arrived.
All fire crews returned to service after the incident.
