IRASBURG — Two people were injured Friday evening when their vehicle rolled over on Vermont Route 14 in front of Grace Brethren Church in Irasburg.
Vermont State Police from the Derby Barracks, Orleans Ambulance Service and Irasburg Fire Department responded to the single-vehicle rollover at approximately 8:55 p.m.
Initial scanner reports indicated both occupants were out of the vehicle and bleeding. Orleans Ambulance Service responded with three ambulances and used two to transport both patients to North Country Hospital in Newport.
The overturned Toyota SUV came to rest on the side of the road near the Irasburg-Coventry town line. Ray’s Towing & Recovery removed the vehicle from the scene.
Route 14 was shut down during the incident response.
