Bristol police arrest 4 in drug raid following citizen complaints

BRISTOL — Four Bristol residents were arrested during an early morning drug raid June 11 after police received citizen complaints about ongoing narcotics activity at a Summer Street residence.

The Bristol Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team and Crime Suppression Unit executed a search warrant at 31 Summer Street following months of surveillance and investigation.

Police seized 10 grams of fentanyl, 28 grams of cocaine, 284 grams of crack cocaine, a large capacity magazine and more than $3,900 in cash believed to be drug proceeds.

Nyreese Calero, 25, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Richard Caldwell, 28, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Rory Coleman, 46, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, interfering with an officer, interfering with a search warrant, tampering with physical evidence and operation of a drug factory.

Karee Iverson, 45, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, interfering with an officer, interfering with a search warrant, tampering with physical evidence, operation of a drug factory and illegal possession of a high capacity magazine.

Calero, Caldwell and Iverson are scheduled to appear in New Britain Court on June 25.

Coleman remains in custody at the Bristol Police Department and will be arraigned June 12.
