CORINNA — Penobscot County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a family fight at a residence on Moody Mills Road on June 1 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
During the altercation, a firearm was discharged inside the home.
The suspect fled the scene before the arrival of deputies.
The suspect, identified as Jeremy Eldridge, 50, of Corinna, later turned himself in to deputies without incident.
Eldridge was arrested and charged with domestic violence criminal terrorizing and domestic violence reckless conduct.
The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Maine State Police.
