UNADILLA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert H. Smith, 53, of Sidney, following a traffic stop in the Town of Unadilla on May 27.
Deputies said Smith was found to be impaired by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
Authorities determined Smith was driving with a revoked New York State driver’s license.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, driving while ability impaired by alcohol, unlicensed operation, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle against interlock restrictions.
Smith was processed on the charges and released with uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets.
He is scheduled to appear in Unadilla Town Court at a later date.
