ONONDAGA — State Police responded to a report of an ATV crash on State Route 20 in the town of Onondaga at 8:28 p.m. on May 26.
Preliminary investigation reveals that Matthew L. Flanagan, age 45, of Lafayette, was operating a 2016 Can/Am ATV traveling east on State Route 20.
Police said Flanagan attempted to turn into a driveway at an unsafe speed, causing the ATV to roll over.
Flanagan was ejected from the vehicle.
He was transported by ambulance to Upstate Hospital to be treated for internal injuries.
Authorities said the crash remains under investigation.
