BATH — A Dansville man is being held without bail following his arrest on charges of first-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child, Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard announced Tuesday.
Investigators arrested Tylor E. Cicero, 29, of Meter Road, Dansville, on May 23 in response to an investigation into a reported rape in the Town of Dansville.
Authorities allege Cicero provided cannabis to people under 18 and then had forcible sexual intercourse with one of them.
Cicero was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded without bail.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and the Dansville Police Department assisted in the investigation and arrest.
