BROADALBIN — A carbon monoxide alarm activation prompted emergency response at a residence on Union Mills Road in the Town of Broadalbin Monday evening.
The Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company was dispatched to the scene at 6:51 p.m. after being notified of the alarm.
All residents were safely evacuated from the home, according to Fulton County Fire Dispatch.
Lake Valley EMS was also called to the location as a precautionary measure.
Firefighters from the Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company used specialized carbon monoxide detection equipment to assess potential hazard levels inside the residence.
