CLERMONT — A Johnsonville man has been arrested for allegedly distributing inappropriate videos and pictures to minors in the Town of Clermont.
David Nitto Jr. was arrested by the New York State Police Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) following an investigation that began on Jan. 25.
Investigators say Nitto has been charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors, an E Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, an A Misdemeanor.
Nitto was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Clermont Court returnable on June 19 at 5 p.m.
According to police, Nitto is known in the regional motocross racing community, where he participates in events along the East Coast.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
