JERUSALEM — Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Rome man Monday evening on an outstanding bench warrant.
Devan M. Britton, 26, was taken into custody at 6:20 p.m. in the Town of Jerusalem Court for failure to appear.
Deputies transported Britton to the Yates County Jail where he will await CAP arraignment.
