STARKEY — An 80-year-old Dundee man was cited following a two-car rollover accident with entrapment on State Route 14 in the Town of Starkey Saturday morning.
The crash occurred at 10:29 a.m. when Peter Levatino, 80, of Dundee was traveling southbound and attempted to make a left turn, striking a northbound vehicle driven by Belynda Dalbeck, 50, of Corning.
Dalbeck sustained head, neck and chest injuries in the collision and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Levatino was uninjured in the crash.
Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies issued Levatino a citation for failing to yield the right of way while making a left turn.
Dundee Fire Department, Dundee Ambulance, Yates County EMS, and New York State Police also responded to the scene.
