ROSENDALE — A Jefferson man was arrested on May 1 after being stopped for traffic violations and found to be operating a vehicle with a fictitious license plate, according to the Rosendale Police Department.
Marc Wishengrad, 58, was charged with multiple offenses following a follow-up investigation.
The charges include operating with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor; operating without insurance, a misdemeanor; possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, a felony; obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
Wishengrad also received three traffic violations.
He was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court at a later date.
