ROSENDALE — The Rosendale Police Department arrested Andrew Taylor, 33, of Rosendale on May 8 following a crash on Binnewater Road.
Police responded to a reported crash activation in the Town of Rosendale.
Upon investigation, officers determined Taylor was in violation of a court-ordered protection order.
Taylor was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
He was transported to Ulster County CAP Court for arraignment.
