PENN YAN — A 29-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested following an investigation into a physical domestic incident, according to the Penn Yan Police Department.
Nathaniel D. Snyder was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment 2nd.
Police said Snyder broke a door at the residence and physically restrained the victim from leaving.
Snyder was located in the afternoon at a separate location in the village and taken into custody.
He was processed at the Penn Yan Police Department and held at the Yates County Jail to await centralized arraignment on the charges.
