CLIFTON PARK — A 36-year-old Clifton Park woman was arrested on multiple charges following a one-car crash early Thursday morning on state Route 146, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Sarah E. Sears was charged with driving while ability impaired by a combination of alcohol and drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, after deputies responded to the crash at 2:01 a.m.
Sears was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly being found with crack cocaine.
Additional infractions include consuming an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle on a public highway, moving from lane unsafely, and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate.
According to investigators, Sears failed to keep her vehicle entirely within a single lane before the crash.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Sears was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Clifton Park Town Court at a later date.
