PENFIELD — Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies are attempting to identify a suspect in connection with a larceny investigation at the Wegmans on Penfield Road.
The incident occurred on May 8 at the grocery store in Penfield.
Authorities report the unidentified individual left the store in a vehicle that was photographed by security cameras.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about the suspect to email mcsotips@monroecounty.gov and reference case number CR #25-085122.
Officials note that the email address is not actively monitored and should not be used for emergencies.
Anyone with information about a crime in progress or any emergency situation should call 911 instead.
