BOMBAY — A Constable man was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly firing a handgun at an occupied residence in Bombay.
Shane D. Dustin, 35, was taken into custody on May 3 following reports of gunfire on River Road the previous evening.
State Police responded to calls about shots fired at approximately 10:15 p.m. on May 2.
During their investigation, troopers determined Dustin had possessed a handgun and fired rounds at a home while people were inside.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Dustin faces five counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
After his arrest, Dustin was transported to the State Police barracks in Malone for processing.
He was arraigned in the Town of Westville Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or a $50,000 bond.
