Queensbury woman charged with stealing $90,000 from Saratoga Springs business

SARATOGA SPRINGS — A Queensbury woman was arrested and charged with stealing more than $90,000 from a local business where she was employed, police said.

Ashley T. Hervieux, 38, was arrested April 18 after being indicted on one count of grand larceny in the second degree, a class C felony.

Police allege Hervieux stole the money over a three-year period while working at a business on Marion Avenue.

The incident was reported to the Saratoga Springs Police Department in October 2024, prompting an investigation by the department’s Investigations Division.

The investigation concluded with Hervieux’s indictment.

Hervieux was processed and arraigned in County Court with a future court date pending.
