MALDEN — A 21-year-old Revere man was arrested on drug-related offenses early Saturday morning following observations by a plainclothes police officer.
Officer Cameron Selfridge made the arrest at approximately 3 a.m. on May 3 while working in an undercover capacity, according to Malden police.
Authorities seized what they described as a “rock-like substance” believed to be crack cocaine and a “light brown powdery substance” suspected to be heroin during the arrest.
The suspect, whose name has not been released, faces multiple drug charges.
The arrest was part of ongoing efforts by Malden police to combat drug trafficking in the city.
