DELHI — A 27-year-old Oneonta woman has been ordered to appear in Delhi Town Court on charges of welfare fraud, according to local police.
Justina M. Curatola was served a criminal summons by the Delhi Police Department on April 28.
She faces charges of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Welfare Fraud in the 3rd Degree.
Fraud investigators from the Delaware County Department of Social Services accuse Curatola of providing false information to obtain public assistance benefits she was not entitled to receive.
The summons directs Curatola to appear in Delhi Town Court to answer the complaints.
