DELHI — A 29-year-old Oneonta man has been ordered to appear in Delhi Town Court on forgery charges related to a public assistance application.
Justin K. Foster was served a criminal summons by the Delhi Police Department on April 24.
Foster faces six counts of Forgery in the 3rd Degree, according to police.
Fraud investigators from the Delaware County Department of Social Services accuse Foster of providing altered non-negotiable documents in connection with another person’s application for public assistance.
The case will be heard in Delhi Town Court at a date to be determined.
