ALBION — A 21-year-old man faces multiple felony charges after allegedly raping a teenage girl at a village park, police said Tuesday.
Allan Bieber of Albion was arrested following an investigation into an incident reported to have occurred Friday around 9 p.m.
A 15-year-old girl told police on Monday that she was forcibly raped by a male at the park.
After investigating the incident and interviewing the suspect, Albion Police Department officers arrested Bieber for his alleged involvement.
Bieber faces charges of first-degree rape, a class B felony; first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony; third-degree rape, a class E felony; sexual misconduct, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Following processing at the Albion Police Department, Bieber was remanded to the Orleans County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
