NEW SCOTLAND — State Police arrested a Feura Bush man on drug possession and trespass charges after responding to reports of an unauthorized person on private property Sunday morning.
Zachary J. Quick, 43, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and trespass.
Troopers responded to a property in New Scotland at about 11:14 a.m. April 6 for reports of an active trespass.
The investigation found Quick on the property without permission or authorization.
After taking Quick into custody, officers discovered he possessed a substance that later field-tested positive for Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA).
Quick was transported to State Police New Scotland for processing.
He was arraigned at the Westerlo Town Court and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility without bail.
