LYONS — A 24-year-old Lyons man has been arrested following multiple reports of sexual misconduct at Wayne Behavioral Health, according to New York State Police.
David A. Snyder was taken into custody on March 5 in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred on Feb. 10 and Feb. 11 at the facility located at 1519 Nye Road.
According to investigators, on Feb. 10 at approximately 9 a.m., a victim reported being inappropriately touched by an unknown male while waiting in the vestibule of the facility.
The suspect allegedly attempted to force the victim’s hand toward his pelvic region.
A second victim, under the age of 17, reported that the same day, an unknown male performed a lewd act in the main entrance lobby.
On Feb. 11, a third victim reported being forced to perform oral sex on an unknown male at the facility.
Following an investigation by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Lyons, Snyder was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, forcible touching, two counts of public lewdness, and second-degree harassment.
After processing at SP Lyons, Snyder was transported to Wayne County Jail pending arraignment at Centralized Arraignment Court.
