ROSENDALE — The Rosendale Police Department reported the arrest of Caroline Wykoff, 57, of Rosendale, on Jan. 25.
Officers responded to a reported property damage automobile accident on Bruceville Road in the town of Rosendale.
Following an investigation at the scene, Wykoff was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
She has been charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08%, also a misdemeanor.
Wykoff is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court at a later date.
