ROSENDALE — The Rosendale Police Department arrested Joseph Gray, 35, of Accord, on Feb. 17.
Officers responded to a dispute in the Town of Rosendale.
Following an investigation at the scene, Gray was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned in Ulster County CAP Court.
Gray is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court at a later date.
