ROSENDALE — The Rosendale Police Department arrested Michael Ayers, 52, of High Falls, on Feb. 18 for violating a pre-sentence release.
Ayers was charged with stalking in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, and burglary in the second degree, a felony.
He was turned over to New York State Police in Kingston and arraigned in Ulster County Cap Court.
Ayers was released and is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Marbletown Court at a later date.
