Greece police seek suspect wanted for unlicensed operation

GREECE — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on an aggravated unlicensed operation charge.

The Greece Police Department identified the suspect as Herbert Starks, who is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 190 pounds.

Police warned the public not to approach Starks and instead to report any information to law enforcement.
