WAITSFIELD — On Feb. 10 at approximately 11:12 p.m., Vermont State Police responded to a report of a family fight on E Warren Rd.
An investigation revealed that Michael Reilly, 50, of Waitsfield, physically assaulted another family member.
Reilly was arrested for domestic assault and transported to Berlin Barracks for processing.
He was later brought to Northeastern Correctional Complex and issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Washington Criminal Division, on Feb. 10 at 12:30 p.m. to answer the charge.
