LYNDONVILLE — A Lyndonville Police Department officer arrested a local man on an active felony warrant for multiple charges including his third DUI offense, authorities said Wednesday.
David Beer, 44, was taken into custody at approximately 11:16 a.m. on Feb. 1 at a business located at 148 Calendar Brook Road.
The arrest warrant issued out of Orleans County included charges for DUI #3, vehicle operation – reckless or gross negligent, and violation of conditions of release.
Following his arrest, Beer was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash or surety.
Further details about the case were not immediately available.
The Lyndonville Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
