EVERETT — A months-long investigation led by the Everett Police Department’s Special Criminal Investigations Unit (SCIU) culminated in a series of court-authorized search warrants being executed on Jan. 21, in partnership with the Chelsea Police Department.

The raids, targeting street-level narcotics distribution in Everett and the Greater Boston area, resulted in the confiscation of significant quantities of illegal substances and other items.

Authorities seized approximately 400 grams of cocaine, Fentanyl, a money counter, jewelry, and a loaded firearm.

The gun was discovered in a sophisticated mechanical hide within a residence.

Junior Guzman Feliciano, a resident of Chelsea, was arrested in connection with the bust.

Feliciano faces multiple charges, including trafficking cocaine in excess of 200 grams, possession with intent to distribute class B substances, possession with intent to distribute class A substances, possession of a large capacity firearm, and possession of ammunition.

The successful operation reflects over 25 years of collaborative efforts between the drug units of the Everett and Chelsea police departments.

Their longstanding partnership aims to combat drug distribution within their communities and remove drug dealers from the streets.
