JAY — Police arrested one suspect and seek another following a Christmas morning burglary at the Jay Village Inn.
Victor Velez, 41, of St. Albans was jailed on $10,000 bail after Saint Albans police located him December 31.
A second suspect, Olivia Pelletier, 27, of Enosburg Falls, remains at large with additional outstanding warrants for unrelated larceny and burglary charges.
Vermont State Police say Pelletier may be in Franklin or Chittenden County.
They request public assistance in locating her.
