Burglary at St. Johnsbury gas station, over $1,000 in cigarettes stolen

ST. JOHNSBURY — On June 10, at approximately 2:57 a.m., Vermont State Police responded to a burglary alarm at the Center Tower Gas Station in St. Johnsbury.

Upon arrival, troopers discovered a broken window.

Review of the gas station’s security footage revealed an unidentified male breaking the window and stealing cigarettes valued at over $1,000.

The suspect’s age and city of residence are currently unknown.

The Center Tower Gas Station, victim of the burglary, is located in St. Johnsbury.

Authorities are seeking assistance from the public.
