NEW HAVEN — A person with a gunshot wound walked into Yale New Haven Hospital at 7:29 p.m. on June 4, prompting an immediate response from the New Haven Police Department.
The victim, whose identity and condition have not been disclosed, arrived at the hospital located at 20 York Street.
Authorities are currently working to determine the location of the shooting, which is unclear whether it occurred within New Haven or in the surrounding towns.
The NHPD has not released any further information about the incident.
