Watertown police seek help finding missing teen last seen at park event

WATERTOWN — The Watertown Police Department is actively searching for a teenager who went missing after attending an event at Veterans Memorial Park on Nova Scotia Hill Road.

Miles Sugarman, born Oct. 15, 2007, was last seen on June 1 at around 4:45 p.m. Authorities say he may have left the event with another juvenile male, who has since been located safely.

Sugarman, who hails from the New Haven area, is described as a medium-build white male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black sweatpants and a black tank top.

The police have issued a Silver Alert and are requesting that anyone with information about Miles Sugarman’s whereabouts contact the Watertown Police Department at 860-945-5200.

The community is urged to assist in ensuring the safe return of the missing teenager.
