GUILFORD — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a single-car crash on Slate Rock Road at 4:37 p.m. on May 29.
A 19-year-old resident of Brattleboro, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence following the incident.
Police conducted an investigation at the scene, which led to his apprehension.
He is due to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on June 25 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the DUI charge.
