Londonderry woman faces DUI, child cruelty charges after crash

LONDONDERRY — A late-night accident on Magic Mountain Access Road led to the arrest of a Ludlow woman on multiple charges, including driving under the influence and cruelty to children.

Vermont State Police responded to a report of an impaired driver around 11:54 p.m. Saturday, finding 37-year-old Amanda Kehoe had crashed a grey 2012 Honda Odyssey with her two young children inside.

Troopers from the Westminster Barracks, upon arrival, conducted an investigation that concluded Kehoe was driving under the influence.

She was taken into custody on suspicions of DUI, Cruelty to Children by One Over 16, Reckless Endangerment, and Negligent Operation.

Kehoe was processed at the Westminster Barracks and later released with a criminal citation.

She is set to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on June 25 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.
