VERNON — Local authorities have issued a silver alert for 16-year-old Jakob Rosa, who has been reported missing since this morning.
According to the Vernon Police Department, Rosa’s parents last saw him when he left for school, but he did not attend classes today.
Rosa stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, and was carrying a black backpack.
The police are urging anyone with information on Rosa’s whereabouts to contact the Vernon Police Department at 860-872-9126 immediately.
