Portsmouth police seek help identifying person of interest in retail theft

PORTSMOUTH — Portsmouth Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to a recent retail theft.

The theft occurred on Wednesday, March 20, around noon.

Police have released a photograph of the person of interest and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
