BROOKLINE — The Brookline Police Department has provided an update on the May 19 Woodland Road attempted breaking and entering and possession of a loaded firearm case, which resulted in the arrest of two individuals, Akram Boudhan and Mounssif Fellahi.

As part of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the vehicle used in the incident.

The search led to the seizure of four Glock 9mm magazines, each loaded with 10 rounds of 9mm ammunition.

Additional charges have been filed in relation to this discovery.

Defendant Mounssif Fellahi, initially held on $10,000 bail, has posted bail and been released.

Earlier today, a dangerousness hearing was held in Brookline District Court for defendant Akram Boudhan.

Following the hearing, Boudhan was found to meet the standard for dangerousness, and several conditions of release were imposed.

The judge set a $10,000 bail for Boudhan and ordered that if Boudhan posts bail, he would be on house arrest, monitored by a GPS bracelet.

Bail has been posted for Boudhan, and he has been released under these conditions.

The case is now with the District Attorney’s Office, which has begun the process of seeking an indictment for these charges.
