West Greenwich man arrested for second DUI offense

WEST GREENWICH — A 30-year-old man from Richmond, Rhode Island, was arrested early this morning for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, marking his second offense.

Devin Cunha of 420 Gardiner Road was stopped by troopers at 2:20 a.m. on Route 95 in West Greenwich.

Following the traffic stop, he was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content between .10 and .15, according to the Rhode Island State Police.

Cunha was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed.

He was held overnight and is scheduled for arraignment later this morning at the Third Division District Court.
