LOWELL — The Lowell Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 59-year-old man, Ray Anthony, who was last known to live in the area of Highland Street.
Ray Anthony, a black male with gray hair and brown eyes, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall with an average build.
The last contact with Mr. Anthony was made in February.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Anthony’s whereabouts to call the Lowell Police Department at 978-937-3200.
