Colchester man cited for disturbance at Georgia convenience store

GEORGIA — A Colchester man was cited for unlawful mischief and disorderly conduct at a local convenience store, Vermont State Police reported.

Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were dispatched to the Maplefield’s on Ethan Allen Highway at approximately 9:22 a.m. on May 5 after receiving reports of a disturbance.

Upon arrival, they identified 40-year-old Robert Robidoux as the individual causing a scene.

Following an investigation, authorities determined that Robidoux had committed the crimes of Unlawful Mischief and Disorderly Conduct.

With support from the Williston Barracks, he was located on May 14 and subsequently cited.

Robidoux is scheduled to appear before the Franklin County Superior Court on June 17 at 1 p.m. to respond to the charges.
