BERWICK — A series of arrests and charges were reported by the Berwick Police Department over the past month, involving individuals from various towns and states.
On April 18, Zachary Michel, 36, of York, was arrested around 2:30 p.m. on a warrant and also charged with operating after suspension.
Michel was bailed and released, with arraignments scheduled in Biddeford on July 2 and July 25.
Brian Holt, 67, of Berwick, was charged with assault on April 22 at approximately 8:01 a.m. Holt was summonsed and released, with an arraignment set for July 25 in Biddeford.
On the same day, Jeffrey Biron, 40, of Barnstead, N.H., was arrested on a warrant.
Biron was bailed and released and is due in court in Bridgton on July 9.
Cynthia Violette, 43, of Saco, was arrested on April 27 around 7:13 p.m. on a warrant.
She was bailed and released, and her arraignment is scheduled for July 31 in Biddeford.
A juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana on April 29 at about 10:28 a.m. The juvenile was summonsed and released and is set for arraignment on July 3 in Biddeford.
On May 2, Nicole Roy, 32, of South Berwick, was charged with criminal trespass at around 10 a.m. She was summonsed and released, with an arraignment scheduled for July 25 in Biddeford.
Later that day, Joshua Naples, 36, also of South Berwick, was charged with operating after suspension at approximately 11:25 a.m. Naples was summonsed and released and will appear in court on July 25 in Biddeford.
On May 4, Renee Marchand, 29, of Berwick, was charged with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief at around 7:45 a.m. Marchand was bailed and released, with an arraignment set for May 30 in Biddeford.
The following day, Joseph Roberts, 32, also of Berwick, was charged with domestic violence assault at about 1:17 a.m. Roberts was bailed and released, with an arraignment scheduled for June 13 in Biddeford.
Ashley Hardrick, 36, of Atlanta, Ga., was charged with operating without a license on May 9 at approximately 12:34 p.m. She was summonsed and released, with an arraignment set for July 25 in Biddeford.
On May 10, Debra Leavitt, 44, of North Berwick, was charged with operating with suspended registration at about 5:39 p.m. She was summonsed and released, with an arraignment scheduled for July 25 in Biddeford.
Later that evening, Dakota Fewless, 18, of Rochester, was charged with operating without a license and attaching false plates at around 11:15 p.m. Fewless was summonsed and released and will appear in court on July 25 in Biddeford.
On May 11, Vern Larkin, 67, of Berwick, was charged with violating conditions of release at about 8:18 p.m. Larkin was summonsed and released, with an arraignment set for July 25 in Biddeford.
Additionally, Michael Polak, 48, of York, was charged with operating under the influence (one prior) at approximately 6:35 p.m. Polak was bailed and released and is scheduled for arraignment on July 25 in Biddeford.
