NORTHFIELD — A Northfield woman was arrested early Sunday morning following a domestic incident, according to the Northfield Police Department.
Katie Burt, 41, was charged with domestic assault, interfering with access to emergency services, and violation of conditions of release.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:41 a.m. at 329 Union Brook Road.
Police responded to a report of a family fight and, after further investigation, arrested Burt.
She was cited to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division on May 13 at 12:30 p.m.
Burt was lodged at Chittenden County Correctional Center on $2,000 bail.
