LYNDONVILLE — A local woman was cited for allegedly violating the conditions of her court-ordered release after police discovered her with another person at a Park & Ride lot on Wednesday evening.

Lyndonville Police Department officers encountered Brooke Hornbeck-Fielder, 30, of Berlin, at the lot located at the intersection of Center Street and Stevens Loop around 8:52 p.m.

According to the police report, the officers were conducting a routine patrol when they noticed the suspicious vehicle.

Upon investigation, officers determined that Hornbeck-Fielder’s presence with the individual was a breach of her release conditions.

The conditions had been imposed by the court from a previous case.

Following the incident, Hornbeck-Fielder was cited and the involved parties were separated.

She is scheduled to be arraigned at the Caledonia Superior Court on June 3 at 8:30 a.m.

The Lyndonville Police Department has not released further details on the nature of the initial charges that led to the conditions of release.
