TORRINGTON — The Torrington Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for Daniel Moreno, a missing teenager with intellectual disabilities, last seen in the area of North Elm Street on May 3 in the morning.
Daniel, born on Nov. 14, 2004, has been missing since the early hours of Wednesday.
The police are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating him to ensure his safety.
Authorities have not provided a description of Daniel’s clothing or physical characteristics but emphasize the importance of the community’s awareness and assistance.
