ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police arrested 34-year-old Chip Schneider of Walden after responding to a report of a violation of conditions of release on May 1.
According to authorities, Schneider was found to have breached the terms set by Caledonia County Court.
Following an investigation, officers took Schneider into custody without incident.
After being processed at the St. Johnsbury Barracks, Schneider was released with a citation.
He is scheduled to appear before the Caledonia County Court on May 27 at 8:30 a.m. to face the charges.
