Fairfield farm reports grand larceny of luxury camper

FAIRFIELD — In a bold daylight theft, a 36-foot Bighorn 5th wheel camper valued at approximately $58,000 was stolen from a Fairfield farm, Vermont State Police reported Sunday.

The theft, classified as grand larceny, occurred at some point in April, with the incident being reported to troopers from the St. Albans Barracks at 1 p.m. on April 30.

The camper was last seen on Branon Road, where it had been stationed on farmland.

Authorities have released a photo of the missing 2018 luxury camper in hopes that witnesses will come forward with information.

Vermont State Police are reaching out to the public for any leads.

Trooper Finley, who is handling the investigation, urges anyone with information related to the stolen camper to contact the St. Albans Barracks at 802-524-5993.

The police have not disclosed if there are any suspects at this time or the exact date when the camper was taken.
